On this week’s episode of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot Nickelodeon showed us the new and improved Rat King. By new I mean the back story for him. By improved I was kidding. The character looks scary as heck. I am wondering what Nickelodeon was thinking with the redesign.
